"Great location but overpriced. Parking $38 Ice $10"
This hotel is in a good location next to CNN and the downtown area. The room was comfortable and clean however their ice machine was not working. I called room service to get a bucket of ice and they wanted $10.
Beware of parking, they don't tell you when reserving your room but it's $38 per day mandatory valet parking.
Also, the hotel was not very crowded at all and they put a crying child right next door to us. We couldn't get any sleep. They could have put a vacant room in between us at least.

I found this Motel 6 to be convenient for my needs. I was attending a conference at a nearby hotel, and the comparative prices made Motel 6 a very thrifty choice. Facilities at this Motel 6 are not extensive. For example, limited food was available in vending machines, and coffee was available only until about 9 am. But numerous restaurants were within about three blocks, as were drug stores and other businesses. The location unfortunately has a lot of pan-handlers and apparent homeless people sleeping on the streets. But as an employee told me, "there are lots of beggars, but no crime." I particularly want to commend the staff for their courteous and helpful approach. I want to single out an older gentleman named "Ben" who checked me in and always cheerfully provided informative advice about the area and about the motel.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Nice big room, clean, comfy bed, but what made it was access to the Regency Club for the free computer use, farmhouse breakfast and cocktails at night. This is a savings of about $50 per day. Don't hesitate.

The stay would have been great but the sheets and comforters on both beds had multiple stains which I didnt care to closely inspect since I had no other place to sleep. I also had a problem with the pillows considering they were the size of couch pillows. Everything else about the room and facility were great. I would stay again if they could ensure cleanliness of the beds.

The CNN Center and Centennial Olympic Park are the centerpieces of downtown Atlanta. The Georgia World Congress Center, America’s fourth largest convention center, borders the park. Next door, the Georgia Dome is home of the NFL’s Falcons. At Pemberton Place, the World of Coca-Cola allows for a close study of pop culture. Also downtown are the MLB Braves’ Turner Field and the Georgia Aquarium.
