There was no heat, the whole hotel runs on a boiler system which means the rooms are not controlled individually by the room thermostat. The bpiler was down the entire night. They brought a space heater but was still very very cold. I had to wait to talk to the manager the next morning when she was working to request a refund. She was kind enpugh to give us the full refund the two nights we booked. But her kindness does not change the fact that its February in Denver and its 25 degrees leaving the rooms extremely cold even with the blankets!

The bathroom was very tiny in the room we stayed in and our request to have issues addressed in our room took too long. The first night we arrived the light bulbs in our room was out which made the room very dark. When we called to have it fixed, it took several attempts to reach the front desks and maintenance took several hours to come to our room. By the time they got to our room we were already in bed trying to go to sleep so we sent them away. We petty much ate dinner in the dark that night. We put in the request at roughly 6pm and maintenance didn't arrive until about 930pm. We told them if they can please come back in the morning. The following morning we left our room about 1pm and no one showed up. On our way out of the hotel we had to remind the front desk of our issue. In addition to this we had a car registered with the hotel for valet parking. They gave us a ticket and said when you're leaving please request your car ten minutes in advance. Every time we were leaving our room for the day and requested our vehicle in advance as suggested no one answered the phone even after multiple attempts and we had to personally go down there to request our vehicle. This put an extra stressor on our vacation because it put us behind schedule for several activities we had planned. I typically enjoy booking with this hotel but this experience was not the best. Overall this location just seems very unorganized.

No hot water. We had only ice cold water. Called front desk three times, no one answered. Went to front desk and told them about water. Someone came and fixed it (that’s what he said). My daughter started taking shower with lukewarm water. 5 minutes later ice cold water again. No shower for me. This happened at my friend’s room too. Gave 2 stars because there was breakfast ready at downstairs. That was good.

The staff were great! The room was clean. The shower pressure was amazing! Dining area was spotless and the coffee machine did its job! For the price I was a little disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. Totally my fault for not double checking the room amenities. Overall great stay! Close to everything!

The valet parking was wonderful! The front desk gals were so helpful and our room was just what we needed. Clean-a little small-but we were there to sleep and go to markets. Adequate breakfast, but some items were already gone by 8:30.
