Its a decent hotel for price and location. Bathrooms are small and corner rooms have toilet at a angel not comfortable. Basic breakfast. Decent deal for downtown. Be prepared to find paid parking near.

The staff that I interacted with were all very nice and for the most part helpful, but I notified the front desk that my air conditioning/heater was not neither turning off or getting warmer. My room staid 68° all night long. It was super cold unless I was under my covers. I was told that she would send someone up to look and none ever came

We stayed here for a couple of nights to attend a concert at Red Rocks. We arrived around 6pm and were checked in right away. The room was pleasantly clean and we had a great view of the city. Our room was cleaned every day while we were out which was pleasant to come back to. Breakfast was okay, but it was disappointing that the option of bacon and sausage switched based on the day. Photos showed “fresh” cinnamon buns but they ended up being prepackaged and kinda gross. It was convenient for walking to places in the city, with this location being about a 20 minute walk from Union Station. We checked out at 6 am and couldn’t find a drop box for the keys so we left them on the front counter since there wasn’t anyone there at the time. Overall we were very happy with our experience and would stay here again!

Cold, then hot. No happy medium.

The air was on constantly. It could not be regulated. Maintenance came and turned the air off and brought a space heater to warm up the room. Next day, because it was warmer outside, it was stuffy in the room. We were told the entire building was on one central unit. Housekeeping left the shower head facing outward. When the shower was turned on, water went all over the bathroom. Waited about 20 minutes for more dry towels.

Check in was smooth, valet was nice and they were great to work with. The staff was great but our room didn’t have hot water, I spoke up about this and had the maintenance staff look at it and it got warm but it never stayed long. Only 2 outlets in our room worked. It wasn’t very clean found dirt piles in parts of our room. If the staff wasn’t great to work with I would have left.

Good location, clean facility, not great A/C

The location is fantastic and the staff were wonderful. It’s an older building and shows it a bit, but everything was clean. My only complaint was around the air conditioning. I had to keep it set to 68 just to cool the room to 74. The front desk explained it’s an older system and provided a fan which kept me comfortable enough. I’m not sure what it would be like in summer, but it was fine for late April.
