"Unique place"
We stayed here so we could visit our daughter at a nearby college. If you like to shop and eat at nice restaurants , this is a great location with dozens of individual retailers and a mall within a couple of blocks. Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It even had a record player and a few albums. The staff treated us like family and went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed. If you don't feel like walking the hotel provides a person to drive you to nearby locations in a Range Rover. This is a way cool place.

"Great location, friendly staff!"
I booked this hotel as a lucky mistake! Thought it was the Marriott up the street at a much better rate! I will stay here from now on - the staff is very friendly and helpful, there is a lovely restaurant downstairs serving breakfast which is always a plus. The room was clean, quiet - not spacious but certainly adequate with the sink outside the toilet/shower area - another plus for me. We stayed 3 nights and were perfectly happy with our stay.

"Beautiful B&B"
This place is beautiful and the history is very iinteresting. The owners are awesome! There wasn't much are a for smokers which wasn't good for me but will be a bonus for nonsmokers. The only downfall is if there is an event in the ballroom on the 3rd floor, it can be disturbing if you're in your room while taking place and after when they're cleaning up. I really enjoyed my stay very much!!

"Modern comfort + Great location"
It was my first time visiting Denver and I'm really glad that I stumbled upon the Art Hotel online. The beautiful modern facility is conveniently located near the museum, along with many great restaurants and bars. There's even a Trader Joe's about a mile away! While checking in we were greeted with a friendly staff in what felt like a modern museum lobby setting. There is artwork displayed throughout the hotel. The valet service ($38 / day) was super convenient and run by an amazing team of warm people. Prior to going downstairs to the valet, the service allows you to text a number that alerts the team to retrieve your car. This was a huge time saver. The restaurant / bar FIRE had a beautiful deck to view some of the city. Their social hour / happy hour (3-6pm) was also a great deal especially considering the surroundings. The cocktails we had there ended up being some of the best tasting and value in our entire trip. I would definitely recommend anyone that is interested to stay at the Art Hotel if they're looking for a upscale, modern and non pretentious experience.

"OK"
Stayed in the older part of the hotel. It was ok, last time we stayed in the new side and was much nicer. The gal in the breakfast was an awesome employee, she was working hard and there was 2 front staff that seemed to be giving her grief. Nobody spoke English =( We are still in AMERICA! The 2 front staff really rubbed me wrong! The rest of the stay was brief but nice.

"Close to everything in Downtown!"
Having lived in downtown Denver in the past, I knew that the Magnolia was in great location and thus why I selected to stay there. It is only 1 block from 16th Street Mall and almost everything else is walk-able as well. The check-in process was easy, the room was clean, modern and comfortable. The front desk staff was average, valet staff was excellent. I will say that if you want to get ANY type of quality sleep, do not get a room on the side where the light rail runs. I didn't sleep at all as it runs all night and makes an annoying dinging noise when it crosses the street! Only the next day did the staff say, "Oh, you should have called us. We have a noise kit for that". What? Why didn't you tell me that when I checked in? I have never heard of a noise kit (I guess it has earplugs, white noise machine, etc). If they provide that, you know they know it is noisy... and should tell you that. It was probably the worst sleep I have ever had in a hotel - ever. And, I've traveled a lot. The parking is also expensive... But, that's downtown Denver and not unusual for any hotel. Also it is not a business hotel - a USB port would have been helpful.

"curt front desk clerk and room not cleaned"
Clerk did not provide a receipt and seemed bothered to help us. Room not cleaned beds not made no fresh towels on Saturday...too late for service, but we were given fresh towels around 11 o'clock. Also, clerk provided my spouse a bandaid when he cut his finger.
