We arrived early for a dinner. We asked to get into our room early to get ready. The desk was more then accommodating. We reserved a cab, went to our room, changed and left. Everyone from the people at the desk to the valets to the woman who made our cab reservation excelled at customer service.
Unfortunately we had to leave early because of the weather. They waived the early charge. Nice surprise. We will be back!

I've stayed here on my last 8-10 trips to NYC. The rooms are very spacious, good amenities, and most importantly, it is very convenient to get in to Manhattan on the PATH train that is just a few steps from the building. The price is fair for the quality of the room and the convenience. Expect an extra charge of $22/day for valet parking.

"Fantastic location, amazing views, good facilities"
On arrival the taxi driver did not really know the area so well & as the apartment building states The Pier rather than any evidence of Dharma suites (or mention of Pier in the booking) it was a little confusing
The requesting written details of credit card and photocopy/leaving it in the room along with ID for someone to come and take did not sit comfortably with me, how do you know who is picking this up and that they are not copying or keeping this. I do not believe in the UK this would sit well with data protection laws I wonder how it fits with U.S. DPA, I just felt that this process was not a good experience for me and I would have felt more comfortable arranging this pre arrival communicating with one person knowing my details where going straight there.
We had an issue with the toilet flush and it was fixed within a few hours
