Overall our stay was good, service at both restaurants was excellent. Our experience with the front desk, left a little to be desired, but interactions with other staff members made up for the front desk staff. The doormen were extremely friendly and very helpful! Our a/c stopped working on day 2, but once reported the issue was resolved quickly. Would recommend to guests that want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Times Square!

Day time house keeping friendly and the elevator guards were friendly and greeted us coming and going. The room was supposed to have a mini fridge that was not in the room and the night time housekeeping wasn’t very friendly and when asked to have cups for coffee he first told me they don’t have any and then brought two and acted like it was a big deal. Ended up the coffee machine was broke and didn’t work and the mini fridge they put in he didn’t turn to cold so our sandwiches were bad in the morning. Daytime housekeeping switched out the coffee maker and were always friendly and cleaned the rooms daily. Windows need cleaned and sound proofing needed. Fried man’s had great breakfast.

Sevdija, in housekeeping, was very helpful when my 3 year old grandson got off the elevator and the door closed. Sevdija stepped up to the plate and kept him calm and safe. Very friendly each morning. Thank you to Sevdija!!!

Great time in NYC!

The location is excellent for Broadway shows, right off Time Square and incredible selection of food options. The staff were so helpful and nice. Even had me laughing a time or two. I appreciate the Google Cast option as I don't usually watch regular tv.

Wi-fi unsecure. No Wi-Fi password was provided. Didn’t feel comfortable using unsecure network. Room was very small and the bathroom was inconveniently small. No space for personal belongings or toiletries. One particular maintenance or housekeeping, staff, I don’t know which who had to bring me an iron because the one in the room wasn’t functioning couldn’t muster more distain than he displayed, basically accused me of being too stupid to know how to operate an iron.. Never again. At $750 a night you would expect to be treated with civility.
