"I love the Hard Rock but my room was not ready when i arrived and my room was not properly cleaned. Its not the Hotels fault i guess house keeping was trying to do a rush job so they missed some stuff like the bathroom. I will still stay here."

"Booked a king room didn’t realize it was smoking upon check-in. I wanted to switch to a non-smoking room. They scammed us to an upgrade for another $267 for two nights, which was absolutely ridiculous just to go from smoking to non-smoking. Never again I should’ve farted while I was at the counter ..."

"The Dennis Tower was very disappointing. The carpets were old and dingy, the rooms were outdated, and the bathrooms were in serious need of remodeling. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. At $300 a night, I definitely feel like I was ripped off."
