"Great staff made the stay great!"
Danny, the front desk/waiter during the snow storm, made this situation as good as possible. We were glad the restaurant was opened for the night and we received reasonable service from Danny.

"Great hotel experience close to NY!"
We loved our hotel stay! This hotel was recently opened and a great place to stay close to NY. The staff, including the General Manager, was extremely friendly & helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and they even had Almond Silk Milk creamer (I eat vegan). We were pleasantly surprised by the modern lobby and room d├ęcor. I rated the room at 4/5 due to two items, but everything else was so nice, they were easily overlooked and not mentioned. My family and I also enjoyed our brief visit to the indoor pool.

"Exc for the amount you pay"
Pro: excelent shuttle service, good breakfast (different options), good and nice personal. I definitely would use it again, honestly is more than fare base on the amount paid. I would say is very cheap and comfortable. Negative: was not that clean, housekeeping very basic, difficult to find the place at the first time, bathroom toilet and odor extractor too much noisy, close to the highway it means it was noisy all night long. However once you go there and know the place, breakfast, staff, and rate it worth it.

"Good be exceptional, but fail short in some areas."
Exterior, lobby area, breakfast area and elevator were very clean. Hallway and room were fairly clean. The room was too room. We were there during Winter Storm Stella with temps near 20 for the most of our visit. We were hot with heat on and cold with air. There was no way to regulate the heat. Breakfast food was as expected as far items available. Unfortunately, the food was not even warm. Gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage were kept near room temperature. Staff were especially nice but felt like management were difficult to deal with. Did not use shuttle one time as the times were inconvenient for going into the city and the shuttle required a 1 hour pickup window for return trips.

"Close to NYC Price Fair"
My chip credit card would not read or scan. They did not have the capability of entering in the numbers manually. Told me I needed another card. We would have had to look for another hotel if I did not have another card. Worked fine everywhere else we went. In the morning the housekeeping crew held the elevator open a few minutes so you could not use it. Use the stairs. Sink faucet would not shut off. Constant flow of dripping water. Did not report it. Shower head would not work properly, low pressure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
