Dissapointed with this hotel Rooms are outdated and a bit run down. We asked for sheets to be changed they did not smell chsbged or cleaned. Honestly surprised for a hyatt. Staff was great at the front desk. I asked for a high floor to avoid all the grand central noise. I was put on the 32nd floor view was the back of another building. The 1st morning we were woken up to some drilling early in the am. 2nd night some weird alarm at 1am . We stay in the city frequently this was unfortunately not one we would stay again. Right outside next door you do have grand central station so expect a ton of crazy things going on. Everyone that comes out of the station is catching the uber or Lyft right in front of the hotel. Check out we also waited 1 hr and 20 minutes for our car from valet. Breakfast we thought was al la carte It was a $120 breakfast buffet nothing fresh walk diwn to bryant park or the dinner
