Lines were very long for check-in, for the elevators and food service. The lobby was under construction so that it was not a customer-friendly space. And a taxi, which was solicited for us at the hotel, took us to the airport and charged us twice the rate we should have been charged. We have stayed in the hotel before because of the terrific location, but will not be returning.

We got to the hotel around 1, I was told we would get a call when the room was ready and never did. Came back to the hotel around 8 and was told the first guy changed the room type and that they didn’t have a double room available but they were able to fix it right away. Room was really small but had everything we needed, older hotel but it was ok. The location was great. We were able to walk to everything.

I could not check in.... Had to change in hallway to just make my dinner reservation.... Not enough staff.. and quite honestly was the worst stay ive had .. I travel a fair share Room was size of a closet. Air did not work..... There was a 3 hour wait to check in
