Hotel is in the center of everything you need. Subway outside the door, Central Park easy walk, Broadway is outside but not the craziness since you are far enough N to be just outside the mayhem. New lobby which is bright and always lively and a good breakfast buffet. Easy walk to 5th Ave and shopping.

Beds - very comfortable. Breakfast is of good quality. Rooms are cleaned daily. Aside from the above 3 points this hotel is pretty bad, the beds maybe comfortable but the rest of the room was old, dated and VERY tired. Bathrooms are tiny. How this can be graded as 4 star is a mystery, I’ve genuinely stayed in nicer hostels. We were supposed to have a city view but the windows are that filthy you would be pressed to see the next block. The waiting staff in the restaurant are really nice and friendly, reception on the other hand have very poor customer service skills. I definitely wouldn’t use a Marriot hotel again considering I had already communicated to the hotel that this was a last trip for my terminally ill mother. We had a great time in New York but the Sheraton was a complete let down.

We found a sock on the floor, please note it is one of those bed that has a metal base down to the floor where nothing can get under it. Though the beds were made and linen changed, we had no wash cloths.

Great location. The resort fees combined with the $35 reimbursement was a pain to use every day. And the staff in the evenings at the bar weren't super friendly. But the beds were fantastic.

Hotel beds so small Customer service really rude Starbucks really bad only some coffee's and bad testing Hotel shows in the website parking availability but the parking is third party I was parking for 3 hours and he charge $80 And also you pay $105 for a day parking and also if you want to take you car out they charge $30 more per hour That's so so annoying 😑

I had to change rooms because the phone wasn't working The tv wasn't working and the bathroom sink was slow draining. The furniture was scratched and the wallpaper was starting to peel. That said, the staff was helpful
