"Beautiful hotel "
We had a lovely stay. The hotel was beautiful; all the staff were extremely attentive and really made sure we had everything we needed. We had in room breakfast, which was delicious. The hotel is within walking distance to great shops and restaurants. We shopped at Macy's and walked to Smith & Wollensky steakhouse. The room was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the city. We also went to the spa and had massages, which were great. You can tell this hotel staff puts their guests #1. Thanks for a great stay.

"Comfiest hotel bed ever"
I would sum up the Hotel Felix as having old world charm with modern facilities. It's been tastefully renovated, is located just a few blocks from the Magnificent Mile and is convenient for walking to most central places. The staff were all friendly and helpful and I had everything that I needed for the four nights I was there. The bed was the comfiest I have ever had in any hotel stay and I had the best sleep. I would definitely stay again on a return trip and would recommend this to anyone.

"delightful in every way!"
we were warmly welcomed after a cross-country train ride from SF, and the hotel, staff and stay couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The location was prime, the beds were amazingly comfortable, the breakfast was delicious...all good!

"Great hotel in Chicago's Loop area"
They are still remodeling but that didn't affect their service to us. We were allowed to leave the car there until a little before 6 the day that we left. They put our baggage downstairs and brought the car around and loaded it. So close to everything! Room was great and the sofa bed worked well for three of us. If you are planning on going to Hamilton I would highly recommend this hotel, within easy walking distance.

"Good location"
He hotel is well located for getting around Chicago. It is within walking distance of the museums, millennium park and close to navy pier. The El is about 2 blocks away and allowed us to get to Wrigley easily The main warning is regarding parking. They have valet parking for $52 a night. If you in and out this may be good. If not, probably much cheaper to park in the garage about a block away Staff was generally friendly and helpful

"Great Front Desk Staff and Location!!"
Kudos to front desk staff -- especially Brandon and Pamela -- very friendly, helpful, and cheerful!! Hotel is in excellent location, including a no-transfer "L" route in from O'Hare. Close to Millenium Park and Michigan Ave. buses or walking to many tourist sites. Modern hoterl with large room with comfortable bed and huge bathroom with plentiful towels. Hotel treated us to drinks and dessert to celebrate our anniversary which was quite nice!! The only down side was the lack of attention to detail by housekeeping which we found surprising. The room was clean but small things like glasses not taken away, bedsheets not changed when needed, washcloth left hanging over shower, lotions, etc. not replaced, tv and lights left on (which we had not had on) made you wonder.... Some sort of breakfast included in the room rate would have been really nice but there are plenty of coffee places literally around the corner -- Panera, Dunkin' Donuts, Starbucks, and Peets. We'll stay here again on our next Chicago trip!!

"Great hotel."
Great hotel, it's close to everything which makes it easy to walk to most places around the central loop. Lots of restaurants nearby. My only issues were the heater and room service. It felt like the a/c was on the whole time, when it got cold the heater did not work properly. Room service was a hit or miss, on one night we got the food pretty quickly from the Thai restaurant the hotel is partnered with. On another night, we ordered Italian food from the Bella restaurant and it took almost an hour and a half to get our food. Overall, the hotel was great with lots of amenities for all guests to use.

Chinatown is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Chinatown, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Chinatown hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
