Beds were not very comfortable. The sofa and chair were very old and dingy . Had to put sheets over them to sit comfortably. The bathroom was nice and renovated . Also very clean . They had great amenities. Overall , after the first night we made the best of it and it was good !!!.

My check-in was not so pleasant. I did arrive early and knew I would need to wait which was no problem. I was told I could check my bags at the bell desk but no one was there after standing for a bit finally some out it the 3 people at the front desk asked if I needed help. When I checked in about an hour later I wasn’t information like I’m use to only a key. The hotel itself was nice with a few things to be fixed, my bathroom fixtures were not secure, the room did have microwave and small refrigerator but they were both on the floor and had to bend use. The area was perfect to walk for shopping and eating.

Hotel was very nice, loved the suite. It was a big space and had a nice city view. Highly recommend just paying for valet. The self parking option was a nightmare. We stayed 2 nights and ended up paying over $300 just for parking at the garage the hotel partners with for self park. We paid $124 for a pass to park for the duration of our stay with in and out privileges, however the pass NEVER worked and the parking attendants were clueless about it. So in order to not hold up everyone in the garage we were forced to pay each time anyway. DO NOT USE SELF PARK! LAZ parking 👎 Overall nice area, nice hotel, easily walkable, friendly staff. The parking just really put a damper on it all.
