Would not recommend this property Check in was 3:00 I arrived at 4;45 and they told me my room was unavailable I would have to wait There was supposed to be discounted parking $54/day they told me they were sold out I would have pay full rate of $60 When I asked to speak with the manager they immediately found a room and a parking spot There was supposed to be a bar / restaurant available however it closed at 5:00 on weekends Would definitely NOT GO BACK!!!!

Location in the West Loop, easy walk to restaurants, river and if you enjoy getting steps in, like we do, walk to Magnificent Mile, The Bean and Pier! Breakfast Buffet was decent, food was cold that should’ve been war/hot.

Great location. Very walkable to restaurants and bars. Not far from Michigan Ave, very quick Uber ride or about a 25 - 30 minute walk. The hotel is very good with very friendly staff. Its clean, but our room was showing some wear and tear. There was some minor mold in ine corner of the tub, the bed blanket had a small tear on the side and the carpets could probably becreplaced. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet, even with a room off the elevater and being close to the highqay. Every room has a balcony, but no chairs on them. There is one office chair in the room that could be moved out, but a second person has nothing to sit on. Bacony chairs would be nice. With all things considered, I would definitely stay there again.

I don’t know about property, but Services is I felt like I’m staying in one of the cheapest hotel Pay $220 per night, for cheapest service has been provided. No drinkingwater in the room. Air conditioning didn’t work, had to call ask for service to fix it. Cheap bedsheets, full synthetic, was itching all night. Couldn’t make sleep.Ask for a wake up call 5 o’clock in the morning. Cole never didn’t come through horrible experience. Shame for that name chrome Plaza.
