I didn’t like when i got there i didn’t get the room i booked online. I was told my room was moved because the one i booked wasn’t up to part & that i was being upgraded but i wasn’t upgraded. My room was very small & i didn’t get a city view like i booked. The room that i was put in faced another building no view of the city at all.

Fun, lively hotel in Chicago

This is a very modern and stylish hotel, located near a major crossing from the Loop to the Magnificent Mile and a straight walk to the West Loop. In other words, a great place to stay if you like to walk—and Chicago is a truly great walking city. The service is exceptional—very nice staff and great technology that is not just clever, but it works reliably. The lobby and bar are decorated with great primary colors and has a capacious bar/breakfast space, an outdoor terrace and a living room. The individual hotel rooms are simple, but very nice. Breakfast buffet was outstanding in general, but also with terrific service and a very reasonable price.

There were no clean towels when I came back to my room .. I had to ask for them at the front desk.. and when I checked in , they let me pick what room I wanted .. there were no real photos of the view .. but the front desk helped me .. and the view was awful .. it was like roof top , where the central air was your heater vent.. I could not see the anything else .. so I left my shades closed .. I will never go back

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and the use of the iPad in the room was a plus. We really enjoyed being able to adjust the lights from our fingertips. All staff were very friendly and hotel was in excellent location. I would highly recommend and would visit again.
