Hotel itself was great, walkable, very clean. Intercontinental hotels are definitely our favorite hotels and we have stayed at 3 in the US. The ONLY problem we have with them is the pillows on any of the beds, they are absolutely the worst pillows. I know this seems like a minor detail, but when you’re paying so much for the night, $88.00 per day for vehicle parking, a nice pillow should be the least of my worries.

My two small daughters, 10 and under, and I were on a girls' trip to Chicago and stayed here. They were in awe of how friendly all the guests at the hotel were! Everyone was willing to share a fun fact of the city or just to welcome us. I also appreciated how easy it was to get to places, whether walking or via public transportation. There was a lot of neat things to see and places to eat in the area.

Overall a great family hotel

Great time in Chicago and the hotel made it phenomenal! It’s in a very central location and allows access to all the major tourist attractions within walking distance. We really enjoyed Saturday movie night at the pool!
