The price for the location is great. It's within walking distance to union square or the tram. The hotel is very dated but it was very clean. We loved that Starbucks was 24 hours. But please prepare yourself for the mass of homeless people right outside.

The hotel is super nice but it is dog friendly so you might hear some barking throughout your stay. The bathrooms are super nice though and theres a cafe downstairs to grab a snack or coffee throughout your stay.

The Marker hotel is a very nice, slightly quirky hotel, located fairly conveniently for the financial district.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the local cuisine recommended by the hotel were all exceptional.
The bed was super comfortable, slept well every night.

Great hotel and great staff. Convenient location and restaurant/bar downstairs is very cool. Room was super nice and there was an upgrade based on booking error. This is a cannot miss hotel option. Highly recommended.
