So enjoyed our stay. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and we saved $20 at dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. They provided a goodie bad with sangria and bottled water, chips and snacks. Lots of little surprises that were a nice touch.

Stayed here for 5 nights and the hotel is in a great location, the staff are attentive and the room clean with very comfortable bedding. However the hotel is lacking in a few key areas such as a room fridge. The daily 'resort fee' is outrageous at US$30 per day for some bottled water and WiFi, especially when having travelled through different parts of the west coast for 2 weeks this was the only hotel where WiFi wasn't included in the room fee.
I would stay here again, only if I secured a great room rate during a sale and did not pay full rates.

This hotel was in a great location, close to everything. Was in walking distance to chinatown, little Italy, Alcatraz was not far away, and easy to get to by public bus transportation. Room was very nice and beds were comfortable. Valet parking was expensive, but I guess that is what you pay to be in downtown San Francisco.
