Traveling for business I was extremely impressed with this hotel. The front desk concierge (Hannah) was amazing as were all hotel staff. Courteous and professional for the 4 days I was there. Fantastic stay in a grand hotel. Highly recommend staying here.

Garettel and Hannah were very welcoming from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out. They made the experience a 10/10. The room was beautiful, clean, and organized. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, including the doorman and restaurant staff (Jax). The location was great for accessing the cable cars, even though the cable cars themselves weren’t that impressive. Still, everything was very walkable and easy to reach by Uber/Waymo. I would definitely recommend this place 10/10 and will be staying here again anytime I’m in Frisco.
