It was a bit unsettling to find out from the doorman, at time of check in, that it was unsafe to walk to the streets to the left of the hotel. Also the hotel doesn’t have parking so we had to walk about a block to the nearest parking garage to leave our car overnight.

Everything was pretty good. The staff were nice. The room was nice. Only issues I had: the shower isn’t very powerful, the walls are super thin and the doors super loud, so the obnoxious young group who came in our last night was disruptive and loud. I could barely sleep. Not that it’s the staffs fault. They did send security to silence them at 5:30am. Otherwise, we’d stay again.

We went to the new years event and bought a table with bottle service. At one point, a very intoxicated woman that cut off from the bar sat at our table and was demanding a drink. She then called my partner a "Stupid bleeping man" when another person appeased her with a drink to get her to leave. I returned and gently asked her to leave. She stood up, physically attacked me, scratched my neck and bruised my foot while I was just trying to subdue her. I calmly kept telling her to stop while defending myself against the attacks. Security took a solid 3-5 minutes to intervene, which at that point she was just holding my hair and I was waiting for someone to stop the madness. Security sweeped her away finally, never followed up with me, or called the police. We asked for an investigation and they never returned our emails with pictures and a full explaination. Honestly, expected more than a bottle of champagne & no follow up when they failed to have security for the event and call the police after an assault.

Everything is clean and new. The rooms were actually well maintained & had proper size/space. Love the walkin closet. The safebox was a bit too high for petite me tho lol. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Tge lobby & cafe was my fave place to work. I will go back again.
