Would highly recommend the hotel. Had only one problem. Needed to use the laundromat, the soap dispenser in the laundry room was broken, called the front fest, they said they would send someone down to correct the problem and after 29 minutes waiting, I finally gave up and left. A bit frustrating and very disappointing when everything else about the facility was so good!

This is the fourth time we've stayed at this hotel. Clean comfortable and the breakfast is above average and with healthy options.
Our only complaint was the hot tub was definitely not hot...we reported it to the front desk and he could have cared less.

We had a pickup and boat to park and the staff had us park in a place that was visible to the office all night. We felt very secure. The staff was wonderful. The room was small, but clean and the bathroom nice. However, when we opened the door it was painfully obvious that the non-smoking room had strong smoke odor. Yuck.

It's across the street from a bus stop and two fast food places. The price is what you get, but it wasn't traumatizing in anyway. No bugs, the beds and bathroom facilities were good. The staff helped us change our cards a couple of times. There were some people who milled about on occasion, but our stuff was all secure and the cleaning staff were polite. There was cigarette burn on one of the blankets and the chair was rather worn but otherwise we were all satisfied with the service.

Just southeast of the Columbia and Willamette Rivers’ confluence, North Portland claims a very tall resident: Its famous Paul Bunyan statue stands at 35 feet. His verdant surroundings include Kelley Point Park, Pier Park, and the 2,000-acre Smith and Bybee Lakes Wildlife Area. Nearby, the Beaumont-Wilshire district—a specialty-shop hot spot—hosts the annual Fremont Fest celebration.
