Staff was nice, beautiful decor and building (inside and outside). Limited parking as there is only street parking, valet and a parking garage close by. Room is nice but my room had hair on the bathroom floor. The staff came and cleaned it up right away, when I let them know about it and everything was fine. The next day I took a shower and noticed there was hair in the shower. I let the staff know and they comped us valet parking ($65).
