We arrived to the property after nearly 20 hours of travelling and 30 hours awake, just desperate to shower and sleep. We were greeted by the clerk saying "It'll be a few minutes, it's shift change." No hello. Then he proceeding to chat about non-work stuff with the woman leaving. After several minutes, he seemed to remember we were standing there, and checked is in using the fewest words possible. The first room provided to us had no toilet paper and the shower drain wasn't working - it was open, but there was standing water in the tub. We then got a new room, and the bed wasn't made, clearly someone had be sleeping in the bed and they didn't clean or remake the bedding. Finally, after 30 minutes, 2 room changes, and some very frustrating behavior from the clerk, we were able to sleep. A terrible experience.

Good place for airport stay. Do not expect front desk to answer the phone at any time, however. Friendly shuttle drivers.

Unexpectedly charged $10 per day for parking; however, there was no place available to park except behind the building in an overflow lot far away. Left for airport at 3 am and was approached by a man with a weapon for cigarettes. The man was looking in car windows!! Breakfast & coffee that is free with other hotels costs $16 for breakfast & $4 for coffee. I will NEVER GO BACK!! I would have preferred to spend all the extra money they unexpectedly charged on a much nicer and cleaner hotel that included all basic amenities. As a lady, I’m lucky to have made it out of that place alive.

Property had a good location close to the airport with a shuttle. However, while the gentleman at the desk during check in was very good, the gentleman the next morning at check out was awful. Lazy, rude and uninterested in doing his job. He could not even be bothered to print me out a receipt, making up excuses. While our room was generally clean and comfortable. It could have been much cleaner. The carpet needed to be better vacuumed, as did the carpet in the hallway. There was a bag of garbage left sitting in the hallway next to our door, no idea why. In general the hallways needed some more work with cleaning and upkeep. It was not awful, but could to be better, which I would generally expect at at Holiday Inn.

"Just okay" hotel for a night or two

This hotel is isolated so when the restaurant is closed, unless you have a car, you have to rely on delivery of food. It's dated. The window coverings do not make it dark enough at night--but the elevators are always dark. Everyone who works there is very nice. It's the building that needs work, not the people.
