Around 8:00pm, kids were running around in the hallways, knocking on doors and running away. This happened to us twice and then I called security. Security guy came tonight room and said that he didn’t see any kids and insinuated that I was lying. Later in the night there were people hanging out and talking in the hallways. It started around 10. Around 2am, I finally asked them to please keep it down. They quit for a while, but all the noise started up again around 3:30am. I called the front desk and they sent security up and was verbally abused and berated by a lady. However, the noise quit at that time. We had breakfast the next morning. Our meal ticket card said that it was a cooked to order breakfast. However, it was a buffet style breakfast in which the food wasn’t hot and a very limited number of items. We spent $32 ($16 each) for a very poor breakfast. I wouldn’t have spent $5 for that breakfast. The desk lamp in the room didn’t work along with the ice machine on the floor (5th floor). Also, the restaurant was closed on Saturday night (15 February) which was disappointing. After a long day of traveling and a long drive the next day, we wanted to get a good night sleep and be well rested for our journey and didn’t get that. We were very disappointed. On another note, we stayed at this Holiday Inn 7 days prior and ended up having to move rooms because of an endless barking dog left unattended in the room next to us. That occurred at 11 pm.

Large hotel, disappointed that breakfast was $15 per person. Room heat pump’s fan had only an auto mode, no option to keep the fan on all the time and be “white noise”. The fan cycling on and off was noisy.
