I was at the hotel for one night only, so did not have the opportunity to use all the facilities. I had both dinner and breakfast in the lounge and the food was quite good, though the service was a bit slow in the morning. My room was quite roomy and comfortable, with a bathrobe provided as well as the usual amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
There is free Wi-Fi and reasonable parking in an enclosed structure.
The only reason I gave the hotel 4 stars rather than 5 is that the restaurant was closed for remodeling; however, as noted above, the full menu was available in the lounge.

I was visiting family in the area and did not spend much time in the hotel (except for sleeping). I found that the walls do not have much insulation because I could easily hear the guests in the adjacent room, I had some trouble sleeping because of that. The breakfast was fresh and adequate. The staff were pleasant and efficient. Check-in and check-out were very quick.

Your manager, Linda, was great and a delight to talk to. She went all out and she has the best personality to be in that position. She she made us welcome and called a taxi for us.
The food was great and the room was beyond pleasant. I would recommend my friends to stay at that Best Western when in Milwaukee and on my return visit, I will do the same .
