Handicap rooms

Hotel was very nice staff was very nice however when they say they have shower benches for handicapped people they do not and they're handicap bathroom is not really a handicap bathroom due to the fact that there's no railings no nothing in the bathroom for the person that's in a wheelchair with no legs to be able to use other than that everything else was great I'd stay there again as long as I could actually have a handicap accessible room

The hotel is clean and modern, staff is friendly and helpful, airport shuttle was fast to pick us up and was ready on time to take us to the airport in the early morning. Easy access to the city Green Line bus to downtown. Flight sounds are a bit loud at night which is no surprise for an airport hotel but it didn’t hurt our sleep. Beds are very comfortable and clean.

I was very pleased with the Clarion. Everything from check-in, the room, amenities, and check was great; ten times better than the first hotel. It was closer to the airport and the hotel had a shuttle that took me to the airport this morning. This is a great hotel and I give it the highest rating possible!!!!!

Clean and pretty new hotel

First..I reserved a room with the City view second floor..got first floor parking lot view. Didn't like that the sink was not in the bathroom.. Shampoo dispenser had no shampoo. No body wash either. Low on staff when I arrived, but the clerk was nice.. Parking area was not very good.. good location next to restaurants and airport.
