The hotel is very well maintained and clean and staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. There was an issue with the water in our building and the hotel was great about communicating the issue via text and solving it quickly. The pools are also lovely although we didn't get to enjoy those due to the hours. I only have two suggestions - one is to install a recycling program on-site. I had a plastic bottle and asked where the recycling bins were and was told to put it in the regular trash. The second is to staff up the cafe during busy times or enable online ordering. There was only one person working both times I went and we had to wait awhile to get our orders. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel!

The rooms were dated and musty. The front desk staff was often behind the doors of the office and not at the front desk. I often called even though I was at the front desk to get help.

Instructions to find the Serenity apartments at Wauwatosa Wisconsin weren't great but once we found the actual apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, as it was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a fuss free stay. Shops and restaurants witin walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for a longer extended stay!
