A diamond in the Rough

You have a very good staff at this facility. Very courteous, able, and interested in answering questions. Need just time to learn the business and apply. Don’t change a thing about happy hour and Breakfast It was a special touch. But… Use better eggs and sources on foods. Stay away from mass produced food processed items and brand yourself as supporting the local community of farmers. Consumers like to know that they are staying at a place that is clean, safe, and gives them clean food and water. so highlighting the eco friendly practices of service are important. Consumers like to know that they are getting authentic and fresh food. Housekeeping did a good job. Laundry facilities were great. Climate control was excellent. Check in was a bit rough due to not enough staff. No bell service employee. But management did a good job of picking up the slack. I think the upper management of your hotel chain needs to spend more time with this new business and new staff. I would shadow each department and offer on the job training. They are very capable and happy to be a part of your business and deserve the depth of experience to make them the best in service in the area.
