"Excellent Hotel, super friendly staff, great stay"
We stayed for one night only with our children. The room was quite big especially for Europe. The beds were comfortable. The staff was super friendly. they brought us complimentary cookies for the kids to our room. Design is modern. 5 min walk from Big Ben , Westminster bridge. 2 min walk from the Underground stop. Highly convenient. Will stay here again the next time we are in town.

I just got back last Wednesday and I have to say how much I enjoyed this hotel. Greeted and taken care of by a wonderful staff.
I decided to treat myself to a Junior Suite......oh my! I had a corner room with a view that was AMAZING! Beyond my expectations.
This hotel is located to just about everything....the Eye (5 minute walk), Big Ben (short walk across the bridge), subway/train station, plenty of restaurants and shop near by

Room was booked as a superior double but not sure what was superior about it. We were situated at back of hotel and railway ran behind, could hear the trains. Had a balcony that was covered in bird poop. Staff were very friendly, check in and checkout was very easy.
It's a nice hotel it was just an unfortunate we were at back of hotel. Good Location for getting around London.
