Best location in central London with Trafalgar Square on its doorstep, jubilee footbridges at one end taking you across the embankment in minutes, 15 minutes walk to Houses of Parliament, Downing Street & Jorsehuards Parade around the corner and many shops and cafes just outside.
Charing Cross tube stop is on Trafalgar Square and there is a Big Bus stop around the corner.
All staff we had contact with were extremely polite and accommodated every one of our requests.
It definitely earns all its 4 stars in terms of decor, comfort and amenities.
Would def stay here again.

The hotel couldn't be any closer to Paddington station which is only a 15min train ride from Heathrow. We were able to drop our luggage off and start exploring London immediately. Very helpful and accommodating staff and decent room. Would stay here again.

"Great hotel located close to Blackpool City Centre"
We stayed one night at The Village Hotel when attending Micky Flanagan's new comedy show. The location was great, room comfortable and convenient and the hotel bar/restaurant was really nice. Would stay here again if visiting Blackpool.

Great service. Very helpful when enquired about room availability, early check in and late checkout. Reception service was exceptional from the staff member which checked us in / out. Room and breakfast were great. Highly recommended for a short stay in Birmingham.

An ideal place to stay if you're looking to visit somewhere in the middle of Birmingham. The outside looks a little grim but inside is well up to standard and the staff are very pleasant. A good, helpful welcome in reception. We didn't eat in the hotel nor did we use any of the facilities (apart fro the user friendly car park) but everything, from our perspective, was just right.
