Best location in central London with Trafalgar Square on its doorstep, jubilee footbridges at one end taking you across the embankment in minutes, 15 minutes walk to Houses of Parliament, Downing Street & Jorsehuards Parade around the corner and many shops and cafes just outside.
Charing Cross tube stop is on Trafalgar Square and there is a Big Bus stop around the corner.
All staff we had contact with were extremely polite and accommodated every one of our requests.
It definitely earns all its 4 stars in terms of decor, comfort and amenities.
Would def stay here again.

The hotel couldn't be any closer to Paddington station which is only a 15min train ride from Heathrow. We were able to drop our luggage off and start exploring London immediately. Very helpful and accommodating staff and decent room. Would stay here again.

Its right on the pleasure beach so good views .
However if youre on the pleasure beach you have to walk all the way around to get back to hotel. There should be a access for hotel residents near there . the breakfast is amazing aswell

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Having stayed here a couple of years ago in a tiny room, we thought we'd give it another try, but decided to book a business class room. It was fantastic. Huge, freshly decorated, lots of light, air con that worked...the only downside is the parking. There is a car park very close by, but you have to walk right around the block to get to the hotel entrance. A back door would be beneficial. The staff were helpful, breakfast was great, and a good selection of cocktails available at the bar. We tried to get dinner in the evening, but the restaurant was already closed by 9.45. Would definitely stay here again.

An ideal place to stay if you're looking to visit somewhere in the middle of Birmingham. The outside looks a little grim but inside is well up to standard and the staff are very pleasant. A good, helpful welcome in reception. We didn't eat in the hotel nor did we use any of the facilities (apart fro the user friendly car park) but everything, from our perspective, was just right.
