This hotel is a little ways out from the action of London proper but is clean and friendly. It has all of the amenities you would need such as an ATM, Oyster card pickup location in the gift shop. There was a decent bar for drinks and coffee. The food is average but good and the rooms are comfortable. The bus station is very close and a "hotel Hoppa" runs every 20 minuets or so to get you to Heathrow which is close enough if you wanted to take a cab also.

The advantage of the hotel is that it is close to the Heathrow airport, and you can take a free bus from the airport. Divya (from Bangalore) was very helpful at the check-in and check-out. The breakfast was nice. However, the only thing I disliked was that the channels on the TV were mostly paid. If I am paying a handsome for the hotel, then I would like to have free access to all channels on the TV, but they were mostly charge per channel. Even the audio channels on the TV were chargeable :P
The WI-FI was also charged at £15 per day, which should have come free with the room as well, considering the cost of booking.
Overall, good experience!

Have stayed here many times and wasn't disappointed this time.
Very convenient place to stay especially for an early morning flight, even though situated a short distance from the airport terminals it is very quiet, especially in the rooms.

The hotel is by Piccadilly gardens which is convenient and within a stones throw of the station. Everything is walk-able.
Unfortunately on check-out (Monday at noon) there was only one receptionist on duty and the queues were dreadful. 15 to 20 couples/business men queued to check in/out whilst a brittle receptionist did her duty. Could she have called upon other staff to assist? I don't know but it was bloody irritating as she did nothing to ease the flow of customers

The hotel foyer is bright and cheerful and the check in is quick and efficient. Once onto your hotel room floor the atmosphere changes to being a little dull and dark. The rooms are becoming a little worn with chipped surfaces and poor amounts of power sockets in the room (you need some beside the bed). The room is an excellent size and bright with large windows. The television in the room is tiny for the size of the area it's covering. The view out of the room is great across the city. At times it can be a little noisy with the traffic but it does quieten down through the night. For my taste the bed is a little soft and you tend to roll together. The bathroom has a shower over the bath which works well.
Breakfast has an excellent selection and there are items which can be ordered and cooked for you. The dining room has been well furnished in it's time but it also requires an update. The arms of the chairs are worn and stained and I loved the wine cooler installation.
It's time for a little investment in the hotel to bring it up to scratch for the future. It's not a bad place to stay by any means just a little worn.
The employees are excellent.
