"Great Location but lacks the attention to patient "
The hotel is a bit of a rabbit warren when coming to find your way from the lifts but the rooms are reasonable in size and the amenities are what you expect for a hotel of this grade.
The problems are that the TV is too small for watching in bed as the room is long and thin so the effect of a 32 "" tv is like watching a 12" inch in a lounge.so watching TV in bed is pointless.
Don't expect reception to pass messages to Housekeeping. Housekeeping are brilliant and bought us extra pillows and only did this when we called again. Reception was rude and was reported to the night Manager.

Very quiet rooms, no noise from outside or within the hotel. Stylish clean & comfortable. Minutes walk from terminals 2 & 3 Only down side was the dining experience, slow & inefficient. I would definitely advise pre-booking if you want an evening meal, there are no other reasonable eating options apart from a cafe or snack machine over at the airport forecourt area. And make your dinner booking an hour earlier than you want to eat because it takes that long to get your food.
