The hotel is nice, and though is located on one of the busiest places in London, you do not hear the crowd and the noise from outside in the room. The hotel staff is nice, professional and friendly. The rooms are clean, but you can see than there was no renovation for a long while (we had a Delux room). Nice for 1 night stay, if you travel for business. Great access by foot to major attractions, shopping in Regent street area, easy access to the underground.

Very good location as walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was a bit dated and carpets were stained. Traffic noise would be too high on lower level floors. No bar staff present so left hotel to go next door. Suited us for short stay as we we did not intend to spend time in the hotel.

Very satisfying. We had to attend a ceremony at Warwick in the morning so to avoid travelling in the early morning traffic rush we decided to stay overnight at Coventry. This was the best priced hotel for a family room. 2 adults and a grown up daughter. The room was spacious and reasonable with very decent ensuite. Iron with ironing board, tea coffee making facilities in the room and Plenty of clean towels. Our price also included continental breakfast which was good.
