The hilton Paddington was the best hotel Ive ever stayed in.
From the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out it was a lovely enjoyable stay.
The room was luxury, the food was delicious,
The staff were friendly and helpful, I honestly can't not fault it at all.

The hotel foyer is bright and cheerful and the check in is quick and efficient. Once onto your hotel room floor the atmosphere changes to being a little dull and dark. The rooms are becoming a little worn with chipped surfaces and poor amounts of power sockets in the room (you need some beside the bed). The room is an excellent size and bright with large windows. The television in the room is tiny for the size of the area it's covering. The view out of the room is great across the city. At times it can be a little noisy with the traffic but it does quieten down through the night. For my taste the bed is a little soft and you tend to roll together. The bathroom has a shower over the bath which works well.
Breakfast has an excellent selection and there are items which can be ordered and cooked for you. The dining room has been well furnished in it's time but it also requires an update. The arms of the chairs are worn and stained and I loved the wine cooler installation.
It's time for a little investment in the hotel to bring it up to scratch for the future. It's not a bad place to stay by any means just a little worn.
The employees are excellent.

Parking was easy I used on site car park. Checking in was quick. We stayed on the top floor overlooking the canal. It was quiet. The bed was great only down side was the pillows. Even the 'soft' pillows in the wardrobe were quite lumpy, this is why I didn't give the room a 5 rating.
Bar area was lovely with a mini Costa coffee area. Breakfast next day was varied and plentiful.
I would recommend this hotel.
