Great hotel but difficult to find as it is not marked and is in a small square. Very good restaurant and bar but on the expensive side. Breakfast is very reasonable. very quiet rooms during the week however the room is small and feels a bit confining. Nowhere to put your suitcase. Extremely clean and nice amenities. Easy to walk to train and subway stations. lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.

Went to celebrate my husbands birthday and the staff put some lovely gestures in the room which made it really personal and special. Superb quality and the hotel was in a great, central location. Couldnt fault it at all.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The room was a decent size, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful. Ordered food several times at their restaurant and it was tasty. I would most certainly stay here again.

In London for a bit of culture........opera and art. The hotel is close to the Tate ......just a walk across the wobbly bridge and has plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel room was quiet and with plenty of space as well as being clean and functional And I liked the modern art on the walls.......it actually looked real. And the staff were friendly.......Kristine and Maria.

The hotel facilities are great. Very cutting edge with tablets to control everything in the rooms including lights, but I had a huge problem with wifi in my room. Maybe I was just too far from the router, but it was borderline unusable in my room. I could get it to work from my bed, but not the desk.
Staff was kind of indifferent. I expected something more from them, but they only ever acknowledged my stay when I checked in.
All in all, it was close to my office, but just didn't live up to the recommendations I had received from others.
I also didn't get a VIP benefit, which isn't much, but it is something I've come to expect with status.
