Upon arrival the room was not ready (although we did arrive) 30 min's before the 3pm check in time, however when we did finally get a room it had 1 bed for 4 of us to sleep in. Not overly impressed as the receptionist was clear that there was 4 us and we booked a the largest available room. Another 30 minutes, waiting for a call (that never happened) we were taken to the same size room with two beds. Then the key didn't work and it all seemed to much trouble to change it so I could access my room!
The room was nice but not 31m SQ family room we paid for.

We stayed here for 1 night.... In all honesty it's one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we have stayed in a few 4+*. It's different, decor is stunning, staff, in particular Obi, are all extremely welcoming and customer service is outstanding which is a rarity these days. Would we return? ABSOLUTELY!

"Awesome apartment near all the best attractions "
Loved waking up in the morning near the Tower of London, and having the convenience of the tube nearby. So many nice restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Quiet at night after the tower closes, with a nice bar downstairs.

Tucked away as it is in courtyard, the Apex Temple Court Hotel is a surprisingly quiet oasis of comfort just off of busy Fleet Street. Our room, although a bit small, was very comfortable, and had everything we needed, including an excellent king size bed, large, well-appointed bathroom with separate shower and bath, desk/writing area, good internet connection...etc. We were only there for a few days, but would happily have stayed longer. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The hotel is about 2 minutes from Old Street Tube Station, which is very useful for the morning commute. The hotel itself has everything you would expect from a five star property although in terms of price it is definitely one of the cheaper 5* options in and around central London.
The staff at the front desk were helpful where check in was painless, the room itself is very modern. All of the appliances are controlled by touchscreen which is useful most of the time. Not sure why you need it for a bathroom light switch though as I forgot to switch it on about 20 times before I got used to using the panel.
The king bed I had was very comfortable I didn't want to get out in the morning, definitely one of the best i've stayed in.
