This property was a delight from the moment you pull up. It's beautifully designed and there is so much to attract your attention. The staff was very polite and friendly from the moment you arrive. The room was big and spacious and was exactly what I was hoping for.

We have stayed here 5 times now and it is always excellent service and each time we have been allowed to check in early. The staff are very helpful and roof top bar cool. Accessible for London and airports. We love it.

So glad I’m booked to come back again, lovely relaxing feel despite being in the heart of the town. Had a room view that had the City and St Paul’s and the millennium bridge.

Sea Containers has a fantastic location, a great atmosphere, and exceptionally friendly staff. However, the technology was a letdown during our stay. Features like adding the room key to a phone and accessing hotel menus via the TV didn’t work. We had a late flight to Australia, and while the hotel kindly extended our checkout time by an hour, the process was frustrating—when I called to request it, the voicemail directed me to use the app, which no longer functions. If the tech is a recent addition, it may just be experiencing teething issues, but unfortunately, it fell short during our visit.
