This property was as expected based on the online photos. I like the close proximity of the Blooms cafe. I would like to more variety in want is avaliable to eat. The staff was pleasant. I also liked the shopping on Oxford Street. The black cab taxi service was convenient and the near by supermarket. I would stay there again.

We needed a short over night stay after getting off Eurostar at St. Pancras at 9:00 PM before catching a train at 10 AM at Euston. Very convenient, good price, very present, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable.

Poor check in experience, several hotels have separate desks and similar names. Wrong queue then your doing it twice, this could be made clearer within the foyer or on booking confirmation. Room nice, modern, comfortable and clean, top marks here, where it really counts.

The room had recently been refurbished and was in excellent condition. Very clean, with comfortable bedding and a beautiful bathroom. Sadly, no air-con, which would be a problem in summer. Recommended.

Was able to check in early which was great. Receptionist took the time to find us rooms close together. Such a huge hotel! Staff worked hard to make sure everything ran smoothly. Rooms felt secure. We were woken by fire alarm at 1.30 in the morning - staff got people out and back in efficiently.

The hotel is perfect for a visit to London. it is central, with an underground station within a short distance as well as buses. The room was clean, replenished with fresh towels etc. Breakfast choices were excellent. The only slight problem was the TV didn't work for our two night stay despite reporting to various staff. It didn't detract from our stay because we were busy but it would have been nice to catch up on the morning news. Overall I would stay there on future occasions.

So , do not stay in room 7259 there is extreme mold, that left me feeling dizzy after leaving the room. I would rank the hotel lower but Brandon was very helpful and was the only reason this is getting 3 stars. The location and included breakfast was very convenient. This hotel seems to be a converted nursing home. Location and Brandon -5 stars but the mold is just not acceptable.
