As you can see it’s in need of renovation, but i bet you already knew that
toilet is old and dirty looking.
bathtub is old and dirty. The shower leaks and the drain does not drain.

Great staff and a nice view of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, also a short five minute or so walked to the nearest tube station. We didn't eat here but part of the restaurant sits outside with heaters and looks lovely for a romantic meal. My only minor gripes are there were no electric sockets near the bed (for my phone) and only one bedside table in the twin room that was fixed to the wall but overall I certainly would have no problems recommending this hotel and I would consider it again myself in the future.

You never cleaned our room when requested. When we asked for towels on 3rd day of stay you said you were out and would bri g them up. You didn’t. When you cleaned the last day, finally, the rug was still dirty and you did not take any dishes away and left two dirty towels on floor. Also garbage can not emptied. You could have cleaned a little. Big issue was air. The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep and thermostat did not work. When we asked for help none was given. Your one elevator bank was out also. Had to wait 30 minutes for lift. Could NOT walk down stairs so this was not an option. Overall not a great experience.

Nice outside area and fantastic view. Prices, especially for drinks, were steep, but that seems to be the case throughout the city. We did especially enjoy the location. I only wished I had a softer pillow.

Everything was great apart from the filthy bedroom and bathroom. I found the bath had about 15-20 dark black hairs in it and then the side where the TV was had food all over it. Really didn’t expect this. I wanted to bring my wife here for our wedding anniversary weekend so this was a tester while I was in London for a meeting to see if it was suitable. For such a highly priced hotel I really expected more than a one star bedroom

Another fantastic stay at this hotel, highly recommend, staff are so helpful even allowed us early check in when we asked to leave our bags in locker room they confirmed our room was ready for use so we didnt have to wait until 3pm for check in. Hotel is convenient for plenty of restaurats in walking distance and the tube is closeby too.

Whilst the room was clean, it was very dated and in need of modernisation. I booked a suite so that I could cook and make light meals for myself, the room lacked the basics 1. A plug for the kitchen sink! 2. Any racks in the cooker 3. No wash up liquid in kitchen or tablets for the dishwasher 4. Luxury Toiletries were supposedly included but they were stuck to the wall above the bath so couldn’t be used in the separate shower (my mother was 80 so a walk in shower was necessary). 4. Without the ability to wash cups and glasses the dirty glasses were not collected by room service. Hotel reception were not particularly helpful and didn’t seem to grasp my frustration when I challenged what I was paying for?
