Love the shuttle service. The shuttle picked us up from PDX to check in at the hotel and then took us back so that we could take the MAX train to the Mall. Then they picked us up at the airport again. Great service. Loved the restaurant in the hotel. Good food.

Hotel is in great downtown location- walking distance to many shops and restaurants- even the river if you have the afternoon to stroll over. However, the hotel itself was under construction and we weren't notified about this. (Kind of a pain getting in/out valet area since we had a wheelchair). And the rooms were nice... but nothing to write home about. The furniture was kind of old looking and the bench was kind of dirty- all other pieces were clean though.

Perfectly located, easy walking distance to everything. The Monaco is eclectic, friendly, comfy and spotlessly clean. Great, positive staff (we interacted with parking attendants, front desk personnel and housekeeping -- all first class).
