Check-in was at 4 pm. We arrived a little early and our room wasn't ready which was no problem. We went down at 4 pm expecting to check in and we were told the room wasn't ready yet. Finally at 4:30 pm my wife went up to the front desk and demanded a room as we had an hour to get ready for a wedding reception. We were given a king room on the platinum floor and were comp'd our parking. Overall the hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable and very close to SU. Would stay there again but make sure they have a room ready when you check in.

Hotel room is large and roomy. Comfortable. Full Breakfast is included. Two things to note:
1. This is downtown Syracuse so park for Hotel is Valet ONLY. Unless you want to find your own space.
2. I notice housekeeping only make up room for bathroom, bed, and kitchen. They don't vacuum, at least not that I know of since debris left on the carpet was not cleaned up. I stayed for two weeks so it become obvious.
