Overall this property was fine, the other issues I had were the doors to the room did not shut properly and I had a hard time locking them. You had to put the door handle in the upright position for it to be fully closed and locked, and it took a lot to do that. Also, the bathroom door did not shut all the way and the shower filled with water at the bottom while in it. Overall, a nice, quiet property that suited our needs.

We had two small dogs with us for a one night stay. Hotels.com said pets were $75 per pet for a week stay. They wanted $75 per pet for one night, so we left and found a comfortable Motel 6 where pets were free. Still trying to figure out how to get a refund for what we paid for the room.

Breakfast wasnt very good not many options. Rooms were spacious but the bathroom wasnt very clean. There were stains on the shower curtain and the outside of the trash can. Bed was comfortable and room over all was nice.

Spend the extra $50 and go somewhere else. The room is small, the bathroom is so small the the toilet it angles in a weird way to allow the door to close. The AC wasn’t working so a portable AC was added to the room which wasn’t on in a third floor room on an 85 degree day. Took till 12am to cool down all the way. The drain in the tub didn’t go down so it was like taking a shower and bath at the same time. The elevator was filthy!

They advertised connecting rooms, at checkin i was told no connecting rooms, but i was able to find connecting rooms on my own. They were very accomodating in switching to the connecting rooms. The continental breakfast that was advertised was extremely limited and disappointing.

It's beautiful but kind of like not noticing when you pull in, and the AC was very very inefficient, I asked for a fan and I guess it's ok but honestly you should look into fixing the AC to central air or something not the indoor stand-up ones like what's there. Other than that beautiful.

Dirty bathroom, key cards not working, even when addressed w/ front desk. Ice only available in large open bin in lobby, front desk rep licked her fingers before taking our key card to fix, air conditioner not working, loud standalone unit in room bringing in exhaust & marijuana smoke from outside, no AM coffee available, hotel NOT secure - anyone can access all doors without a keycard, large event in parking lot we were not advised of which caused parking issues, front desk staff member unprofessionally advised us not to eat at a local restaurant (there was a much better way to give us his feedback, he chose to bash the establishment). While this hotel's rate was reasonable, if I knew that meant the service would be horrible, I would not have booked there. Needless to say, we checked out early and had to go home due to the lack of availability in the area.

I didn't like the fact that it was advertised to have a pool and a lounge per staff hasn't had for a long time. The reason we booked was the pool I had my granddaughter with us and she wanted to go swimming.The blow dryer was broke and they brought me another one which was also broken and they couldn't replace that one.The staff was very nice and the property clean.

Hoped for better

Refrigerator didn't work. Reported it right away and the morning of the next day. Nothing done about it. It was needed to keep some medicine cold. Stem to pull up for the shower head was missing and very hard to pull the small shaft up. Ice machine was removed from our floor. Had to get ice from a container in the lobby. AC was an indoor portable unit with a hot air hose going out the window.
