The location was convenient as the conference I was attending provided shuttles to the event. As someone who is gluten, dairy and egg intolerant, there was nothing to eat for breakfast for me. I also prefer having a small coffee maker in my room. I do not like having to get dressed and ride the elevator to the lobby to have a first cup of coffee in the morning.

Well done!

Although it was not the room I wanted, management called and talked to me about options. I stayed in my original room. It was very quiet and comfortable. I appreciate the attention the managers gave to make my stay as pleasant as possible.

Perfectly pleasant for a college visit/family stay

Not in the Syracuse neighborhood proper but a nice walk on a nice day. Hotel was totally comfortable with a nice big lobby (including early coffee service). Great fun taco place and outstanding deli right out the back door. Desk staff very friendly. Gym fine. For sure met our needs.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Both nights we walked to amazing restaurants ( Oh My Darling and Phoebe’s ) for dinner, and returned to the lobby where we could get complimentary warm drinks to bring up to our room. We enjoyed the “self serve” station, where you could get additional towels or other room supplies. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and served until 10am. The atmosphere of the hotel was just overall relaxed and easy going. Yes, the TV’s are small and outdated, but that was not an issue for us. Would 10/10 stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They now offer breakfast which is a huge plus. The TV in our room wasn’t working but as we were so tired and only staying the night it didn’t matter. We did report it to the desk at checkout and they said they would have maintenance look at it. We would stay here again.

We arrived later in the evening around 9 The person at front desk was pleasant upon checkin After getting into room, showering and getting into the comfy bed- the TV didn't work( it's direct tv) I called down to front desk, the front desk person went to another room to ensure that TV worked and then had us transfer rooms. Another super comfy bed. I was so grateful.
