Every staff we encountered went out of their way to be so helpful and kind.

Overall, it was okay, but I do wish there had been better attention to small things to make the stay a bit more convenient. For example, there was no soap dish in the bathroom, so to keep the bar of hand soap from getting suds everywhere when I was done with it I had to role up a wash rag and set it on there. There was also nothing to hold a bar of soap in the shower, so using my own soap that I brought was inconvenient to set down after I was done with it. The bath towels were thing and on the smaller side. It was nice having a warm breakfast, but the premade eggs were either dry or the scrambled eggs were insanely water. Also, the breakfast area was not very clean, there was smears of maybe butter on the holders for the knifes, forks, and spoons. Overall, it was fine, but I do think they need to take a bit more thought and care in the details.

I have had several stays there recently and have had an excellent experience there. Check in staff are always welcoming and friendly and they make you feel glad that you chose to stay there. Also rooms are very clean. Housekeeping staff has been attentive to any needs that I have as in bringing extra towels, emptying trash, etc. Breakfast has variety and is always available between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Also beds are very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the Greater Syracuse area.
