I love staying here when I visit my son at Syracuse University. It is close enough to the University yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. I have traveled alone and always felt safe and secure!!

I will make this review short and sweet. The Pros include, friendly staff, close to restaurants and stores. The Cons include annoying floor squeaking throughout the second floor, really bad when you go use the bathroom in the middle of the night, no microwave and the mini fridge didn't cool. I was there for 5 nights in room 217. Hopefully dome improvements can be done for future guests.

The front desk, especially Andrea, were extremely cordial and efficient. The all-day hot coffee was a real plus. The housekeeping left a few minor things to be desired (no liquid soap in shower, instead 2 shampoos and a conditioner; no working soap dispenser at bathroom vanity), room was clean. There was a structural issue which we pointed out to the manager, leavng part of the carpet wet. I have no doubt that will be corrected. Would I stay thee again? Probably.

We had a great stay! The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight visit. Although we only stayed one night, we’d definitely choose this place again in the future.
