Very nice older property...our classic room was small but comfortable. Downtown PDX is almost so populated with drifters all over sidewalks & parks that drives visitors to outlying areas. City needs a change of administration soon or there will not be any reason to come downtown!

Came down to Portland for a weekend getaway and stayed at the Kimpton, from start to finish we've never been treated so well. The staff were polite, engaging and always asking if we needed help with anything. Thanks guys!!

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. Chic decor throughout the hotel and the room itself was very comfortable, clean, quiet and well-equipped. The food was superb and reasonably priced and the evening wine-tasting and music was a lovely surprise. The staff is genuinely friendly and efficient - thank you all for making our stay so pleasant. We hope to visit again soon.

We have stayed here for business a few times now and it is great. The deco of the hotel is very light and colorful. The hotel is in a quiet area and when the weather is nice the little room balcony is enjoyable and you can leave the door open. Just love staying here.

The hotel was clean and the staff were all very helpful. From helping me order car service to making local recommendations, it was a really great experience. I was by myself on my trip but nothing felt overwhelming thanks to their help. The bed was slightly too firm for me and the fan in the room pretty loud when it would go on and off but it wasn't anything terrible. I would definitely go back!

VERY quiet hotel. We had a corner room second floor over the trolley stop but never heard any street noise. Excellent comfortable accommodations with character. Parking was super valet easy or a structure next door. Choose the valet as its safe and at the door. Looking forward to staying again as you can geographically reach all areas of interest from this awesome place. Clean, fresh and the bar was the best in Portland. The bartender is an expert. Heremembers you from the first visit by name, knows your drink of choice and even compliments the patrons with exciting new drinks to help you experience new tastes. Between this hotel, great Portland eating and this bar at "home" we had a blast!

The Oregon Zoo, the swank Pearl District, and the inviting Pioneer Courthouse Square are other noteworthy attractions.
