Stayed for 2 nights for anniversary. Would have loved to know about the free bikes. I rented some downtown. It says there is a sauna/pool but that is in an old gym down the street. not ideal experience.

"Wonderful location, ambiance, service and comfort."
The building was originally a BPOE Elk lodge and it has beautiful architectural features. Check out the ceiling in the lobby. The location was proximate to great dinning, the food truck block, Powell Book Store, Breweries and more. Walk or Uber ride to 23rd street, Rose Garden, Japanese Garden, and river. Double bed room was vary spacious, well designed, comfortable with seating and a sizable work table.

Great value and unit! Very clean, and was very happy with everything provided. Only points off would be for lack of cable and a bit difficult to figure out process to get into unit to begin with. Awkward interaction with residents of building Just a bit confusing and awkward to self check in. Had some residents who seemed uncomfortable with having travelers stay at the building. "Are you a resident here...?" Very friendly and helpful - the complimentary bottle of wine was a very nice touch!

The hotel is located within walking distance of several shopping areas and public transit to take you elsewhere. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice. My only complaint would be that the beds weren't super comfortable.

Our Hotel deLuxe experience was wonderful. Our double queen room was roomy and clean, fun views of the city, friendly, helpful staff (they offered to carry our stroller up and down the stairs every time we returned or left), and the restaurant/bar inside the hotel were awesome. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

West of the Willamette River, downtown offers a celebrated skyline, walkable streets, and a lively arts scene. Visitors shop tax-free at Powell’s Books and Portland Saturday Market, a craft lover’s paradise. Area festivals include Cinco de Mayo and the Oregon Brewer’s Festival. The Oregon Zoo, the swank Pearl District, and the inviting Pioneer Courthouse Square are other noteworthy attractions.
