No parking but nice hotel

It is a nice hotel, I was sad to find out they didn’t have a pool and no parking unless you want to pay $48 for valet each use or you can park on the street which is limited because it is downtown. I found parking at a car park for $18 a day but it would have been nice to know the parking situation before I went. Also no free breakfast. It was very clean and comfy and the staff was great. The location is great and close to a lot.

I usually never leave a negative review, even if I receive somewhat decent service, because I know how important surveys are to the company and staff. I was in room 420, and in the hallways, there was about 7-8 fans on the ground, pointing at the walls, and one pointing at my door. Definitely made me feel like there was moisture in the walls or something. It made me feel I was staying in a left over, defective room.

The first room I got was not properly cleaned. There was even a note from the previous guest still in the desk. Because the hotel allows pets this particular room smelled like animal urine. I was also staying next to what appeared a group of 6-8 noisy people who woke me up at 4:30. The hotel staff was nice enough to move me to a better room.

We had a great stay! Check-in was quick and easy. When we arrived, only first-floor rooms were available, but the front desk staff was very accommodating and offered to move us to the second floor the next night if we preferred. We decided to stay on the first floor, which was fine, though we could hear footsteps from the room above at times. The location was super convenient—about a 15–20 minute drive to Disneyland. The room was clean, spacious, and newly renovated, with comfortable beds. Free parking is available, but it can fill up quickly. Luckily, we were able to find street parking right out front—just be sure to check the signs. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
