It was greattt the hotel is on a great location near by the parks and like 30 different places to eat dance and have fun great experience the room was always super clean and the staff is super friendly
I love this hotel, is very clean and staff are very friendly. The pool is fantastic very enjoyable. Self parking is easy and comfortable. I wish only that the pool would stay open a little bit longer than 11pm.
The lighting over the wash basin was bright and excellent, so I could see well to shave. Some motels fall down in this department. There were extra mirrors, including a full length mirror. The room was clean and well maintained. It had a refrigerator, table, chairs, and a desk, as well as a comfortable bed. The air conditioning is excellent, which is necessary in Florida. The other lighting would have been better with a little larger light bulbs.

We stayed six days at this hotel. It's an older hotel, has several restaurants within walking distance. The carpets were worn and the bathroom was from the 70's but the staff cleaned every day. There is no breakfast included with the room. We did try the "on sight café" spent $20 for 2 cups of coffee and 2 bad omelets (their 3 topping omelets were liquid eggs in the microwave with salt, pepper, and butter toppings).
Firstly, the room was very good. I was just staying whilst I waited for a flight home, but as a holiday destination it would be ideal for a small family. There were facilities to cook and make hot drinks, and the hot tub was a very welcome addition.
The bar/restaurant was ok, and the onsite store was ok if a little expensive.
You DO need a car if you want to visit anywhere, I had a day to spare and ended up staying in my room as I hadn't arranged transportation anywhere.
The only negative was that the room/rooms next to me were occupied by people who came back in the early hours very drunk and noisy. As frustrating as this was, I never blame a hotel when this happens. Where I did feel let down was the next day.
I explained at reception that I had been kept awake from 2:30 - 5am and asked to switch rooms, only to be told there were none available.
Shorly after, Facebook asked me to post a review of the hotel, I did so stating the above facts and the hotel replied, apologising and saying they hoped I would come back. I replied that I was staying for one more night, and that a brief search on hotel comparison sites showed that they did have room availability - no reply!
A real shame, as I would have happily stayed there again.

Kissimmee’s downtown is chockablock with historic buildings. The city’s courthouse, dedicated in 1890, is Florida’s oldest courthouse still in use. Lake cruises depart from the city’s waterfront perch on Lake Tohopekaliga. The lake is a bird haven, and its big-mouth bass lure anglers. Feral hogs, turkeys, and white-tailed deer roam south of Kissimmee at the Three Lakes Wildlife Management Area.
