Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace - Disney Springs® Area
The room was ready to go earlier than we expected and looked great. The views were amazing. The staff did everything that they could to make sure that our stay was as wonderful as possible, especially Haley at the front desk. Overall, we absolutely loved everything about the hotel.

The room was ready at 2:00. The room was clean but smelled like an ash tray😬. I had trouble with the shower. Only the handle part of the shower worked so I had to hold it while showering.
