Room was very clean with very cold a/c during the heat wave. Breakfast was very good with an assortment of items to choose from. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear some road traffic from speeding cars. If I visit Tampa again, I would stay here again.

Too much outside noise

The hotel itself is in a great location. We stayed here the night before we departed for our cruise. There's a CVS across the street and is decent. We had a corner room facing the city and I do not recommend staying in this style room. The view was ok, you mainly look at the highway with the skyline beyond that. The road noise can easily be heard from the 7th floor. It was like our windows were open for how loud it was. The bed was just ok but the pillows were terrible. Between the road noise and the pillows, I had the worst night sleep in a long time.

We stayed here before leaving on a Carnival cruise, Carnival Paradise. It was incredibly close and had a shuttle to and from the port. Staff helped load and unload, let us come bsck to the hotel while we waited for our departing flight.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! The room was spacious and clean! The entire staff was friendly and courteous on every shift! Loved the location. Breathtaking views of the downtown Tampa skyline! Blocks away from the free trolley line! They provided transportion to the cruise port which was 2 blocks from the hotel. Absolutely loved it!! 10! 10! 10!

I liked the hot breakfast offered. The breakfast staff was extremely nice. What I did not like and will warn anyone with accessibility issues who needs a wheel chair or mobility scooter to not stay there. Unfortunately I was hit by a transportation van in the parking lot recently. The driver did not see me and was knocked clear off of my scooter. I am now suffering in pain. The accident could have been avoided had the hotel had a wheelchair accessible walkway. However, the parking lot where the guest come in does not have a sidewalk or any safe place for people like me to move without the risk of what was the worse case scenario literally happened to me.

I loved how the staff and service at this property was so friendly, welcoming, and straightforward. On-going house keeping, always someone at the front desk was nice if you needed help. The beds, desks, tv, floor, etc where all so cleaned and well organized. I think you will really get all your moneys worth by booking this hotel. If i ever come back to tampa ill definitely stay here again.
