Lovely and Flawless

Was an amazing experience. We landed hours before our room was ready and wanted to shower after our flight and the wonderful lady at the spa let us use the amenities so we could enjoy the day instead of waiting for our room to be available. Once we got back from enjoying the city and were ready to check in the lady at the check in reception was AMAZING! She was very sweet and gave us recommendations to what to do around the city as it was a short visit. She told us what was worth it and what wasn’t and was so kind to even upgrade our room!! We are very thankful for not only the amazing service but for the generosity as well.

My room was dirty. It was not properly cleaned. I found stuff in there from other people which let me know. It was not cleaned. Housekeeping attempted to enter my room on two separate occasions without knocking. I found that to be extremely rude and disrespectful. Luckily, I had my latch on so they couldn’t enter. I shouldn’t be woken up to someone attempting to enter my room without knocking then when I left, it came back housekeeping did into my room, but they never made up my bed or cleaned anything or wipe anything down. They just replaced a washcloth and towel that I use.

This place is amazing for the price! I went through Expedia and booking was easy. I wished the front desk would’ve told me there was a food court walking distance, instead of eating in the hotel area. That includes, chik fil a, oriental food etc.. The pool is amazing, they even have a hot tub. Fits about 6 people. The facility is very clean. Oh! One thing they won’t mention is, if you’re bring food from your travels, or leftovers, none of the rooms have microwaves. BUT the microwaves are available on the AL floor in between the pooo and restrooms. Once you see the drinking fountain, it’s that room. You just turn your head and it’s to the right. Overall, we walked everywhere. I’ll be coming again

Room was very clean. Our floor 17 was filthy. Dirty walk from elevator to our room. Pool area was great. Restaurant service is very slow. We got oatmeal and yogurt parfait and was there for over an hour. But there are lots of restaurant options outside the hotel. Location is perfect. Overall it was nice stay.

We did a late check in and front desk said they cancelled my reservation despite I let them know I’ll be doing a late check-in. Asked for a different room because door was very hard to move and they said the hotel was full but clearly they were just lazy.

Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful. The only issue we had was the room was very warm. No matter how low we adjusted the AC. We had to keep the curtain closed (ruining the nice view). Maintenance did come out to override the temperature, which definitely helped.

I enjoyed my stay there my only negative experience was housekeeping. They did a terrible job, keeping the room clean, especially the bathroom. The housekeeper did not clean. The toilet did not clean the tub. They were stains on the floor. I was definitely taken back by the fact that the bathroom was not cleaned Especially me staying there for four days.

Service in restaurants was very bad all 4 times we used them. Food was edible but not good at all. Room was dirty and our floors had two of the four elevators not working so we would have to wait up to 20 min every time we used it. The pool was nice but had trash all over the place. I will not stay here again!
