Everything was clean and the staff was nice. The reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 is our room wasn't ready at check in and were told they had no idea when it would be ready and we were downgraded for the same price as the one we booked.

The room was dirty and had dog hair on the bed and floor. After speaking to the manager she said there’s nothing she could do about it. I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room before I was comfortable laying down. I give the overall experience a 0.
