WiFi never worked roach crawling by my water never received housekeeping from Fri-Sunday no towels and a lot of hidden fees.Front desk was very nice best thing about the stay.For the amount of money a night.No complimentary breakfast could’ve been a lot better

Great staff, main floor and restaurants are nice. Seem short staffed everywhere including the restaurants and valet. Air conditioning was not good on the lobby floor. Hot and humid overheard front desk tell a guest "it's always like that". Balconies but no balcony access. Very long list of cards/banks they don't accept but lower than avg daily incidental fee. Room had mold on ceiling above shower and the window had huge cracks in it. Not up to the standard that is associated with the name Crowne Plaza.

Worst Crown Plaza Ever

We showed up early and they wouldn't let us check in early. The staff was very unfriendly. Then the place was a mess. The carpet was dirty and stank. Never ever stay here ever again.

Once we arrived, my room wasn’t ready but was moved to a different room. The room was not clean as there was dirt on the floor. I didn’t complain as I had a concert to go to. The next day, I left for about 10 hrs and returned to my room being left in the same condition when I left. I complained and asked to speak with a manager. The service or lack there of was below what I’m used to from any Marriott property. I will not be returning and will be reluctant in booking with any of their properties in the future. Also, they didn’t even have water bottles in the room. Only “motels” give that kind of treatment or service. TERRIBLE! DO BETTER!!!

Nice, but just okay nice.

Booked a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa. We got a room with out a sofa. Called the front desk and they gave us 2 days of free hot breakfast, nothing else. The bathroom shower was very slow to drain and there was mold on the ceiling and lots of peeling paint. Other than that, was nice.

Was here for 4 days- for a conference. It was an ok stay but many many of our guests had numerous situations. Can’t say anything nice but can’t say anything bad. Stay at your won risk. Not a good place for eating or drinks and not much around the area.

Would not stay here again.

When I got to check in, my reserved room wasn’t available. The room they put me in was dirty and a downgrade. The next day they put me in my reserved room. Which they then also gave access to someone else. They walked into my room while I was in it. Both rooms had mold on the bathroom ceilings. Would not stay here again.

Look somewhere else-

Location was close to GA Tech. The room was not clean, the wifi did not work and the TV was broken. The hall was very loud and due to the Emory Hospital-there were sirens all night [no ones fault-just a fact].

Staff is friendly and helpful. Issue was no toiletries again in the bathroom and if you go to the front desk or call, they need to send someone up. I have found over a few stays that you have about a 30% chance of getting what you need. This time there was still a dirty toe from the previous guest hanging and ready to use.

The cleanliness at this hotel was horrible. My room was cleaned but the bathroom smelled like it was mopped with dirty water. There was also long black hair left in the bathroom after it was mopped.

The carpet was not clean , the linen on the bed remains the same throughout my stay. They have not clean the room not even one day even with requests . The breakfast was bad . I have asked for a hot chocolate and was just given hot water with little chocolate It was my worst experience with crown plaza.
