This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. First it started with the front desk clerk allowing people to cut is in line as we tried to check in. Then we finally check in and go to the room and our toilet seat was broken. We only had 1 face cloth and 2 towels on our room. The next day, I missed brunch with my family because I didn’t have a face cloth to wash with. We decided to go for a swim, there were no pool towels either. So we couldn’t even do that. We ended up missing our brunch with family because we waited 3hours for face cloths and towels. I was also told that I had to pay $50 for the weekend for valet. Only to be charged $50/night instead. I will never stay at this hotel again. It was a horrible experience.

At check in I was informed none of the balconies were accessible no matter what room you booked or price you paid. The elevator buttons were broken. First room had a strong chemical/paint smell, bathroom fixtures crooked, ceiling had gray spots, second room dresser was missing handles, leaking bathroom faucet and clogged sink. Front desk said the hotel was sold out and had no upgrades. Repeatedly asked for more/fresh towels and wash cloths that we never received. Saturday night front desk told me there were no towels and we would have to wait until the morning (checkout day). We had to find a Walmart. At checkout everyone in line had complaints from their room, staff, cleanliness, to parking. Overall the entire hotel needs to undergo a complete repair and renovation starting with the management company. I won’t be booking this hotel again.

Customer Service Needs improvement

Customer service was not up to par... if you called, they would put you on hold and never come back. If it would have happened once, it would have been okay, but you had to keep making repeat calls, and still didn't get any help. If you plan on eating breakfast, it's not complementary unless you sign up for it? I was not aware of this and was told i would have to $22.00 to eat.

Yikes, stay away.

What a terrible stay. Room wasn't ready at 5 p.m., so we had to come back in 20, and wait in line (again). We had ordered two connecting rooms, but that didn't happen. I asked the receptionist about parking, and he wasn't at all helpful. No regular coffee pods in the room--just decaf and tea. No HOT water at all. All we could do was a 10 second frigid shower. The bathroom smelled a tad bit moldy. No trash can. One room that faced the highway was pretty loud. The late night receptionist wasn't friendly and was unable to provide a towel. Even the bar guy wasn't all that friendly or available. I've stayed at a Crowne Plaza before, and this is not anywhere close to that standard. Pretty terrible stay.

Could be a very nice hotel.

Rooms are very dark. Bedding is completely worn and torn, and the toilet seat wasn't completely attatched. Sheets had set in stains. Needs a mini fridge and complementary breakfast at least.
