I booked a room with a balcony and when I got there I didn’t get it,they gave me a mobility/handicap room! plus the Wifi was horrible and didn’t work for a whole day and front desk acted like they were unaware.

Fontainebleau Miami Beach
The staff was great, from check in where they were dealing with a snowstorm on the East Coast and canceled cruise ships. To the room staff, restaurant and beach staff everyone was great. We were stuck three extra nights in Miami and Fontainebleau made it extra nice. Thank You

The pillows were by far the most uncomfortable that I have ever had. The room was clean, but sterile and noisy. Every creak or whisper echoed and woke me up regularly. Not a good night's sleep.
