The room itself was nice, but if you are disabled and cannot stand then the wheelchair accessible bathroom is not safe. They have no roll-in shower or large tub benches. Not recommended for disabled people

Overall, our experience was very pleasant. We found the staff to be consistently friendly and polite, and the hotel's location provided convenient access to local restaurants. As a family with dust allergies, we particularly appreciated that the carpets were well-maintained throughout our visit. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies. The variety offered at the breakfast buffet, was quite decent.Additionally, the option for discounted parking when paying in cash was a helpful and appreciated feature of the stay.

The room is so dirty that the floor is never mopped, and the bathtub is so dirty that my daughter is afraid to take a shower. We stayed two nights, but the staff never cleaned the room. I'm very disappointed with my stay.

The room is in good condition, but it was aged. The staff was friendly enough unfortunately we didn’t get much sleep because there were collegiate dance teams that basically over ran and partied all night in the hotel. These were good kids and fun to talk to, but did not respect quiet hallways they could’ve taken it somewhere else. The hotel staff was aware of this, but did not do much about it. The hotel staff, knowing that this probably was gonna be an opportunity should have made plans to have families and other folks stay on different floors. I woke up to what sounded like bongo drums the first night in which I found out the next night that it was coming from one of the rooms adjacent to mine. Then the next night we’re screaming and yelling in the hallways all night at one point I did get up and ask them to quiet down, but that didn’t work again the hotel staff acknowledged the problem but did not do much about it. At 4 AM they were still partying. Good thing we were leaving the hotel at that time anyway. I would not stay here again.
