Came back to a giant puddle of water from the fridge leaking. Was told they could do nothing and to put a towel on the ground. Room cleaning starts knocking on your door at 8am every half hour. Hated this stay so much.

I arrived late which gave enough time for my advance paid room to be fully prepared but it wasn’t the 8pm staff were unfriendly and seem unwilling to answer questions very short coming Despite arriving late, which provided ample time for my advance-paid room to be fully prepared, I encountered an unfriendly and short-tempered staff member when I entered the room at 8 pm. Upon noticing the absence of bedding for the pull-out bed and wash clothes, I promptly informed the staff that it was now the overnight shift. Unfortunately, my call was repeatedly put on hold. Upon addressing the issue with the supervisor, he informed entered the room it wasn’t noticed right away but there was no bedding for the pull out bed or wash clothes at the time I noticed it was the now the overnight shift I called was put on hold several times so I went to address the problem I asked for the supervisor and the gentleman told me he was I explained my issue and he stated “he only had one maid for the night shift and he would prioritize where she/he would go first” I explained we had a long day filled with flight delays and we had a cruise in the morning and we were extremely tired he replied his initial statement so I asked for the linings and wash clothes and told him I’d do it myself in the morning I was meat with different staff and they were very nice and willing to listen and also apologetic because of the night incident I rate the hotel poor on professionalism but the morning staff was excellent

I sent this as an email to the hotel but they still have not responded to me so I'm attaching it here. There was a situation that happened on August 2nd around 12:15ish when my family (myself and my parents) decided to use transportation that was provided at the hotel to get to the port for our cruise. The original price quoted was ten dollars per person which we were fine with. When the driver(older man, grey hair, stocky build) dropped us off, we gave him 30 dollars plus a 5 dollar tip. When we were walking away, he stated that it was 15 more dollars because he used AC. We stated that at the hotel we were quoted 10 dollars. He said well it's 15 more dollars. We gave him the money because it was time for us to get on the ship. This situation did not sit well with my family. First of all, he dropped off other guests who were Caucasian to another terminal and I heard him clearly say it was 10 dollars plus whatever tip they wanted to give him. There was also an African American woman that paid with her card at the hotel so I don't know if he was frustrated that she did not tip him. I don't know if it was a race issue or that my parents were elderly and did not speak fluent English that he thought he could get away with this. This driver might not be employed by the hotel but this is the transportation that was provided. It left my parents and I feeling frustrated before the start of a wonderful trip.
