Free bottled water - huge bonus in the center of a big city. And that's right where this hotel is located, in the heart of Philadephia City Center. There's lots to see and do within walking distance and public transportation is nearby.
The hotel staff was super friendly and always helpful.
Our room was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable.
All in all this hotel helped make our vacation terrific.

It's not often that you get an away-from-home-experience when everything seems just right -- the bed was wonderful, the shower was great, the room temperature was always perfect. Our room was alway well kept and the staff was very friendly.
Only one snafu -- no full length mirror. Only one mirror in the whole room, the one above the sink in the bathroom. Very inconvenient.
BTW, we ate at the Prime Rib Restaurant in the hotel and it was fabulous!

Amazing central philly location! Fantastic friendly staff! Jokingly asked for an apple juice with extra blankets and sure enough they brought us a bottle! The room was beautiful with a full kitchen washer and dryer. Great view of the city an very reasonably priced! We will most certainly be telling all our friends to stay here! And without a doubt we will be staying again in the future!
