I would give this place an 8 or 9 out of 10. My only complaints is that the bathroom ceiling paint was cracked and chipped. Also i saw a mouse 👀run through the room while i was watching tv. Keep in mind I didn't have any food laying around. Besides that i was satisfied

The front desk staff were not very friendly both at check in and check out. It was difficult loading and unloading our luggage as the doors did not stay open and there was no handicap button to use. No staff member even attempted to hold doors for anyone. I was not informed that the credit I had could only be used at the ArtBar. Waiting for elevators was awful. Sometimes had to wait up to 10minutes on Saturday. Pool area was meh!

The check in process was very fast and simple. Good rates for parking and alot of great restaurants are in walking distance from the hotel. The heated pool was my fav part about my stay
