I booked a room with two queen beds, but was given a room with two double beds - a significant difference. The room was not well-cleaned when we arrived and was missing wash clothes. When the room was serviced the following day, we were not given new towels or coffee.

The room was very nice with safe and refrigerator, large screen tv, and lots of plugs for my technology. bonus was a Starbucks in the lobby and the Expedia $10 credit a day was accepted for breakfast there. Parking lot access was directly of the lobby and in and out privilege was included in parking fee. Highly recommend this location

The room was very nice. The only issue we had was that we were unable to connect to the Wifi. We had just gotten married earlier in the day and my new bride wanted to post all the pics at the end of the day. Nothing we did could get us connected. I travel for business so for me I look to connect the minute I hit the room. It was disappointing to be sure.

Great location for walking downtown, expensive parking / valet and long wait times for retrieving your vehicle during the weekends and checkout times. The rooms are small . Ruth’s Chris is located in the hotel along with a Bar (limited hours).
