Nice hotel, good value, excellent service

Excellent service easily overcame an issue with the AC in my room. I was promptly moved to another room and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Kiara leads a good group of folk there.

Will not book again. Pictures are very deceiving. The rooms online look modern and clean but that was definitely not the case. Pictures show how old everything looks and furniture and balcony are dirty.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooftop pool was amazing, with a beautiful city view that made it even more relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

Overall, the property is very nice, staff were helpful and friendly, and the room felt clean but there were a few things that kept me from giving 5 stars. Parking is disorganized. Signage isn't clear and I saw several people pull up into the area on the right and then get angry looks from the staff for being in the wrong lane. There is no fan in the bathroom, strange for a hotel not to have this. It is a small space and quickly fills with steam. The shower curtain liner is also shorter than the height of the tub, so there is no way to keep the water from getting all over the bathroom floor while showering - puddles of water on the floor every time. A previous guest left their washrag hanging over the neck of the shower head - where it remained for our 3 day stay despite housekeeping attending to the room. We did not receive our 2 free drinks that were supposed to be included as part of the VIP experience we purchased. Despite receiving communication with instructions for downloading the open key app, the app only works for your door key, not the elevators or other doors like the pool or gym - kind of useless.
