It was ok. Fine for a night. The TV in the room didn’t work and the front desk was pretty curt with us when we asked to use the pool on the day of check out. They told us “no, you do not have access to the premises.” It was pretty jarring and didn’t get the most hospitable experience. We booked the location because of the pool and were pretty disappointed that they wouldn’t accommodate us using the facility for even an hour.

The room was spacious. Easy to walk to multiple dining places. Valet was an in and out service for one fee per night. The pool was pathetically pleasing and someone was always cleaning around the area. However, heated pool is a stretch. The water was cold but we still used it.

The heater for the pool was broken, so the water was ice cold! Our toilet was also not draining well, and the overhead lighting in the room was an unpleasant hue. But we very much enjoyed our bed, location, cleanliness of the room, and we were comfortable. Thanks!

We have stayed here many times. When we checked in the woman was not very friendly. Didn’t mention any amenities but we heard the other woman who was checking in a couple going over everything. Plus we were unhappy with the room. A poor layout and the noise from the rooms on each side was ridiculous

Sam WAS AMAZING!!!! I am only coming back to Windsor because of her. She made our stay enjoyable and fun! My husband and I said we will make this our monthly 'staycation' because of her hospitality. I appreciated anyone and everyone we came in contact with, from the parking garage to the front desk and room service. This is by far my favorite experience in Philadelphia. We usually stay at Hotel Palomar, but due to the EXQUISITE service we received, WE WILL BE BACK- PLUS, tell our family and friends. THANK YOU, WINDSOR HOTEL!
