Great location, with tons of food spots nearby. Victory brewing is right around the corner. Easily accessible and easy to find. Pool and gym are great. I would stay here again. Comfortably stayed with 3 people in a studio suite. Only con was the bathroom does not have a fan

From the moment we checked in, the staff was absolutely amazing. We were checked in quickly and our room was even bigger than we expected. The front desk was always very responsive if we needed anything. They knew the area very well and were able to help us plan our day. If I am ever in Philadelphia again, we are definitely staying at The Windsor.

Staff was SO HELPFUL and FRIENDLY, they couldn’t have been better. The issues were with things they couldn’t control: sheet/pillow quality, rust/stains in the bathroom, aged/malfunctioning appliances, etc. Still a great deal for a one-night stay, but the room was definitely not what you see in the photos

I would stay here again. The Windsor Suites met all our needs for a four night stay with my husband and son. Comfortable bed, pull out sofa, mini kitchen, gym, pool, and great location.

I had a fantastic stay at Windsor Suites. We stayed there while my son attended the NB Nationals. Franklin Field is less than a 10-minute drive. There were a few maintenance issues, and there were not enough washcloths, towels, and blankets left in our suite for our five-person stay. But Noelia was very helpful and accommodating and did her best to fix the problem as quickly as possible. I would recommend that a maintenance inventory of each suite be taken care of before guests arrive. Windsor is central to everything. There are two restaurants attached to the building so you don't need to go far to grab a bite. The elevator has a security feature and the top deck pool was nice. It goes from 3ft. to 6ft. and there was a person on staff monitoring the area. I would visit again.

Needs better cleaning

The beds were OK, not that comfortable. The floors were very dirty and dusty. My socks and feet were black from walking around with those shoes on from the floors
