Service not at a level that I am accustomed to with other Sofitels across the globe. Travelling with family and it took two separate requests to receive the bedding for the sleeper sofa. We were out on the town and I did not receive a notification when my room was ready. Retrieving car from valet took over an hour. Hotel itself was ok, but service was a one star!!!

I always stay here when visiting my family in Philly. It is reasonably priced, I love the area. It’s close to all restaurants and shopping, and the staff and hotel is always very helpful and attentive.
